Perfomance Evaluation

As part of the Human Resources Policy, staff performance evaluation has been made a priority for NPO Staff, National Parliament is currently in the process of the reintroduction of the annual confidential reporting system, Introduction and conduct of 6 monthly evaluation (internal only) and the Introduction and conduct of one-to-one evaluation for internal staff only.

In early 2011, performance evaluations were carried out in all divisions; all staffs members were evaluated on their attendance and work commitment. The Human Resources Division provided evaluation forms to the Heads of Divisions to complete and resubmit for Management to review. As a requirement in the General Order, Performance evaluations are to be carried out once a year and submitted to the Ministry of Public Service, it is currently in the Annual Work Plan for the Human Resources Division. To conduct a six monthly performance evaluation on all staff.
